LinkedIn’s Hindi Version Is Now Available, Expanding Its Potential Userbase

Today, LinkedIn is available in Hindi, making it accessible to an additional 600 million individuals throughout the globe. As the first Indian regional language on LinkedIn to be supported by the Hindi-speaking community of over 600 million people globally, LinkedIn launched in Hindi.

LinkedIn has 82 million users in India.

LinkedIn users may now build a profile in Hindi, making it more straightforward for recruiters and other Hindi-speaking members to find and interact with them.

The Importance of This Launch for LinkedIn

LinkedIn’s membership in India has expanded by more than 20 million individuals in the previous three years, making it a significant growth area for the company (15 percent year-over-year growth). Since the outbreak, LinkedIn activity in India has experienced a noticeable uptick.

Users will be able to access their feed, profile, jobs, chat, and content creation in Hindi on their PC and mobile devices as part of the “Phase 1” introduction of LinkedIn in Hindi.

According to LinkedIn, there will be more chances for Hindi speakers in the future.

It’s not only Hindi publishers and producers who will be included to LinkedIn’s Hindi community in the coming weeks.

What Is the Hindi Word for LinkedIn?

To use LinkedIn on a mobile device in Hindi, users must first choose Hindi as their preferred device language in their phone’s settings.

LinkedIn will automatically transition to Hindi for those who already use Hindi on their cell phones as their default language.

Users on a desktop will need to click the “Me” button at the top of their LinkedIn homepage and choose “Settings” and “Privacy” to access these settings.

Select ‘Site Preferences’ from the drop-down menu under ‘Account Preferences,’ then ‘Account Preferences, Site Preferences, Site Language, and Hindi.

LinkedIn’s user interface, including the navigation bar, will be shown in Hindi after you pick it.

Posts on a member’s home feed, for example, will be seen in the language in which they were first written. Hindi translations of posts in other languages may be seen by clicking on the “See Translation” button.

When signing up for LinkedIn for the first time, new users will do so in Hindi.

On Desktop, there is an option to add a second language profile. After clicking “Me,” choose “View Profile,” and then select “Add profile in another language” to establish a second-language profile.
